ICF Pricing for DirectConnect Buyers
Our DirectConnect program allows you to purchase forms directly from BuildBlock, the manufacturer. No contractual obligations or load requirements apply. This program is designed with the contractor, builder and owner/builder in mind.
Your block prices are based on your total purchases from BuildBlock for the previous 12 month period. As you continue to order from us, your cumulative purchases will qualify you for greater discounts. Also, purchases you made of other ICFs in the past 6 month period will count toward your cumulative total. For example, if you’ve purchased 3 truckloads of ICFs from any other ICF manufacturer during the past 6 months, you already qualify for BuildBlock’s “Contractor” price. (Proof of purchase required.)

The MyBuildBlock Portal
MyBuildBlock is your resource for product and accessory pricing, truckload configuration, and freight estimates. Please create an account and sign in. You can then add products to your shopping cart. As you add products, the truckload configurator will update to show you how full your truckload is.
Visit the MyBuildBlock Store and create an account today. Once you sign in, MSRP pricing is displayed. If you’d like to talk to our sales staff about the specifics of your project we would be happy to provide material estimates, answer technical questions and support you throughout your project.
Shipping & Freight
Once you have your order configured, you can submit it and request a freight quote. Our customer service staff is available to assist you throughout the process. Our truckloads are based on a 53-foot dry van (semi) configuration with swing doors. This is the safest way to transport ICFs and accessories. You are also able to pick product up at our facilities if you choose or arrange for your own freight.
Some accessories and other products that are not stocked at every location will be drop shipped directly to you.
