BuildBlock Building Systems wants everyone to be able to use buildblock.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, or magnification. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- We test key pages using only a keyboard, without a mouse. We do not currently test with a screen reader, so problems that affect screen-reader users may not yet be known.
- We provide text alternatives for meaningful images. Our YouTube videos strive to include closed captions.
- We review new pages and forms before publishing them.
Known limits
- Some older PDFs, such as installation manuals, engineering tables, and drawings, may not be fully accessible. Ask us for another format and we will provide one.
- Some videos, embedded content from other sites, and third-party forms (including our ordering site) are controlled by others and may not fully meet the guidelines.

Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve the issue or provide the information another way within 10 business days.
