U.S. Order Policies

At BuildBlock, we strive to meet the needs of our customers. We’re here to help make your project easier and your business successful. Our Order Policies exist in order to serve you better and in the interest of fairness for all of our customers. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding these policies.
Accepting Your Order
By placing an order with BuildBlock Building Systems you are agreeing to the below order policies. A link to these order policies is found in your order confirmation email. Please make sure to review these policies in full.
Submitting Your Order
All orders for block, accessories, or promotional materials must be submitted using our BuildBlock Online Ordering System at http://store.buildblock.com. Your order is not final or binding until you complete the procedures below.
BuildBlock may provide an ICF material takeoff as a courtesy, however it is the responsibility of the customer to review and verify the takeoff for accuracy. BuildBlock will not be held liable for any discrepancies that may arise. By placing an order based off our takeoff you are confirming you have reviewed this takeoff for accuracy. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding your ICF takeoff prior to placing your order.
Change Orders Note
When you enter an order in the BuildBlock Online Ordering System, the order request does not become a FINAL ORDER until you receive and respond to the “Final Order Summary” Email from us by clicking on the “ACCEPT” button.
Any changes made to a FINAL ORDER (including but not limited to the content of the order, ship date, or shipping location) may affect your costs and delay the fulfillment of your order. Any changes made within 2 business days of the date your order is scheduled must have the pickup/delivery rescheduled. Please call us to make any changes once your order has been submitted at 405-212-3127.
Receipt of Order
Please note: while we do our best to have the delivery arrive at a specified time there could be delays that are outside of our control. If there is an increase in the cost of freight due to limited driver availability, weather, delivery location access issues or other circumstances outside of the control of BuildBlock this increase will be passed along accordingly.
At BuildBlock, we offer our customers the convenience of either picking up your order at one of our manufacturing locations or having it shipped directly to you. If you elect to have BuildBlock ship your order our standard method of shipping is with a 53’ enclosed semi trailer.
If your delivery site is not accessible with a 53’ dry van, or if the driver does not feel comfortable accessing your delivery site, then an alternate site will be required for offloading. Please confirm with the local municipality that a semi trailer is allowed access to delivery location. You have a two-hour offload window starting when the truck arrives and you will need to have a crew available to offload the trailer.
We do offer additional assistance or special accommodations if needed, but please be aware additional fees apply and must be discussed prior to the scheduling of your shipment. Special accommodations include, but are not limited to: Driver assistance with offloading, a liftgate for ease of unloading, additional time at offload and shipment via ocean containers.
If you opt to arrange your own shipping or pick up your order yourself, please ensure your trailer is in good repair for the safety of the staff at the manufacturing facility. If it is determined that your trailer is unsafe then your trailer will not be loaded. Please note we will not load refrigerated trailers.
Change Orders Note
When you enter an order in the BuildBlock Online Ordering System, the order request does not become a final order until you verify and confirm the order confirmation received from customer service. Please note this order confirmation is different from the system generated one.

Please keep in mind that price changes due to market fluctuation are rare but do occasionally occur. If there is a change in price to any item you ordered before it is shipped we will notify you.
Returns or Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges on product except for replacement of damaged or defective products. Please review your block and accessory needs carefully prior to placing and accepting your order. Once your order has been delivered or picked up, please inspect the order for accuracy. If you receive product that has been damaged or receive incorrect product we must be notified within 5 business days of delivery of your order. If we are not notified of any issues within 5 business days the order will be considered fulfilled and complete. We do not guarantee delivery dates and do not return products due to delivery delays. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for defective material issues.
Payment Options
BuildBlock accepts multiple forms of payment: Visa*, Mastercard*, wire transfer, check by mail and ACH (Check by phone). Please note: The first time you pay by ACH or check by mail there will be a four-day hold on your order for payment processing starting the day following receipt of payment. International wire transfers are subject to a $50 processing fee.

Breaking of Bundles
For the protection of the forms, it is our policy not to break bundles. All orders of block are based on full bundles which vary depending on the product being ordered. If a customer needs a bundle to be opened for any reason at the factory at the time of loading there will be a $50 per bundle charge and the customer must agree to a liability waiver releasing BuildBlock and the factory from responsibility for damaged forms. We do not accept orders that are not in full bundle quantities.
Order Cancellation
In the event that you need to cancel your order we require one business day notice for any order for which we arrange shipping. Orders cannot be canceled or returned once they have been shipped. Any orders or backorders not picked up within 60 days of placing the order will be automatically canceled.
